Where can I purchase the wire, cable, beds and blades, wire benders and related
items to make down rigger flashers?  Typically known as "Ford Fenders" Cow
Bells etc. Plan is to make a flash system using willow type blades or some other
type blade with minimal water resistance, a sting of flashers that are about ten
feet long.
