Will AM/FM Radio Vibrations Scare Fish? - Bass Tracker Boat Discussion

I have a 16' Bass Tracker and thinking of putting in a am-fm cd player. Will the vibrations from the bass scare fish?
I mostly crappie fish

To be on the safe side, and also because sound carries very far on a lake I'd just not turn it up past the point where I could hear it. I don't know of any studies on this, nor do I have personal experience with it (my boat doesn't have a radio as I can concentrate better without one), but it does make sense to me that if you're cranking the bass it will vibrate in an aluminum boat and that could scare the fish.
