AM LOOKING FOR FISHING ROD FERRULES FOR GLASS RODS AS THE RODS ARE TOO LONG NOW AND I HAVE TO MAKE THEM 2 PIECE OR THE AIRLINES WILL NOT ACCEPT THE LONGER RODS

I am assuming here that you are planning to cut a perfectly good Glass rod into 2 pieces.. I strongly recommend that you consider purchasing a new rod. Glass rod fibers tend to run lengthwise up and down the rod. Cutting into them without commercial equipment is not recommended in most cases. Either that or take the rods to a Fly Fishing Shop and have the people there look at the rods. Find a custom rod maker and ask him to do the work .. these are your options. Ferrules should be available at a Custom Rod Making shop.
