Jorgensen fly rod and Classis rod book

Hello and thanks in advance for your advice.

1. Do you know who the manufacturer was that made the jorgensen rods?

2. I am looking for a copy of the Marty Keane book Classic rods and Builders...any thoughts on where I can get my hands on one?

1 Sorry  never heard of Jorgensen rods, nor are they in my books.  They may be European.
