antique bamboo rod

I have a bamboo spinning rod that i found at a garage sale that i am wondering the value of. I believe the brand is a Compac or a Compac California. It is either 7 feet in length and has 6 eyeslets. Any information would be greatful.

Never heard of  the maker Compac, however there are several models named Compact.

I see several on ebay but they are not in books:
Price Book: Antique & Collectible  Fishing Rods: Identification & Value Guide Homel, Dan. 1997 (2nd edition 2000) add about 30% for age of book.
Bamboo Rod Restoration Handbook by Michael Sinclair
Classic & Antique Fly-Fishing Tackle: A Guide for Collectors & Anglers by A.J. Campbell
nor is it a UK rod in Fishing Tackle: A Collector's Guide  Hardcover, 1991 Graham Turner (hard to find)

Nor are you going to find much written history on spin/ casting bamboo rods. The collectors want bamboo fly rods and have motivated the research.
I have tried to sell bamboo spin , casting and boat rods with little to no success , they were made by known and respected makers and didn't get $50.
