bamboo fly rods

Question
I have had a bamboo fly rod for forty years and it has never been used.  It was made by J H McGinn out of scotland I presume.  It is an 8ft two piece that has a number 6 weight.  I have searched for a while about the maker but have found little about it.  Have you heard about the maker or know a value to the rod?

You are asking a US bamboo fly rod man. I am not going to have specifics.
I see a few UK rods but just don't have knowledge or experience with them.

If you ask someone else give details, please.
For example a complete detailed description of all logos and labels.
Reel above or below handle ?
How do you know it is bamboo ? flat Sides ? How many ?
Actual measured size of all sections etc. etc.

I did use a book once to price a Farlow from a major (Denver# library, Fishing Tackle Graham Turner   which contains allot of UK rods.  You maker is in the book , I don't own it , just looking at my notes.

And  try Farlows of London #similar to Orvis in US)

Orvis recommends   2 guys who might help you but probably not for free.
