Horrocks Ibbotson Seth Green Fly Rod

I have a Horrocks Ibbotson Seth Green 3 pc fly rod, approx. 9 ft.  Red and yellow wrap spaced approx. 1 inch apart.  Can you please tell me the age and the value of this rod? I also have a Montague Stone Harbor 2 pc, 8 ft. fly rod in excellent condition.  Can you please give me the value of this rod as well?

Hi Melanie - Both those rods are large scale production "trade rods" from the 30's or 40's.  As such they are not particularly desirable.  If they are in great shape you might get about $125 to $150 for each.  If they are not in great shape probably a little less.  I hope that helps.
