Hello, i have difficulty finding fish in day light, night time is great for yellowtail barracuda, spangled emperor and grouper. but no luck in day time in the arabian sea... have a look to my charts it may help.

This is not mostly the case of what your bait is. There is no magic bait. The game of fishing has a lot to do with WHERE you put your baits.
When you fish, the best baits are the really fresh ones, the only better bait is live bait.
Look for spots where there is a huge drop from shallow water to deep water, these are productive, as well as areas with reefs and other sunken structure.
