 Where is Huntington Beach?  There is a Huntington Harbor with fishing access along its shorline here on Long Island, NY that I am familiar with.  It even has public dock area that some people fish from, but it is not a fishing pier.  I can only assume you are speaking of a different Huntington.

 You also do not state what species of fish you are seeking.

 Your best source of information about a specific location is to contact a local bait and tackle shop in that area.
