Unusual & Unexpected Deaths of Athletes During Games

Question
Which is considered the most impressive/surprising/weird/original/unique death of a player during a game? It was not an accident and the player was healthy (no heart attack or similar). No animals are involved.

Yiangos:  That's a tough one and I don't have an answer.  I heard of a man who threw his club at a tree in anger, it broke and bounced back impaling itself into his neck and severing his jugular.  But that was an accident.
