PGA Organization Structure & Thailand Q-School Entry Fees

Are PGA's run independently, or is there a governing body that polices PGA Policy? I ask this question because I would like to go to their Q School next month. (I live in Thailand). The thing is. they are charging 5,000 Baht for Thai's to play and 15,000 Baht for foreigners to play in the same tournament. This must be a raciest policy if I have ever seen one. I look forward to your thoughts on this matter. Phil.

Hello again:  PGA organizations are independent of one another.  There's but an extremely loose connection between the US PGA and US Senior PGA.  Yes it does seems discriminatory to have such a large difference in qualifying fees.  I would suggest appealing to the organization, stressing your residency and see if they would make an exception.
