golf scheduling

We have a 26 week schedule with eight golfers but only one tee time. How do we set up a schedule where we play the same number of times and with all players.

With the majority of golfers agreeing to this method, I would put all the players names in a hat. The first four names that are pulled out of the hat would play the first week, the remaining four play the second week. Each foursome would play every other week and in theory, each player would play 13 times in the season.

If you wanted to change the foursomes up, I would suggest re drawing after the 12th week. You'll also have substitutions due to illness, graduations, etc.
