I  have went to Mitchell Golf Equipment Institute.Im a master
club performance specialist,club performance fitting specialist,
club repair performance specialist.But i need to now how to get
may pga culb repair card.

In order to get your PGA Card, you must go through the apprenticeship or GPTP Program.
Once you get that you can take the certification courses for the PGA.

My suggestion is to contact your own personal club pro at your club.  Though I am fairly sure, part of his answer will be for you to contact PGA National at 800-4-pga-pro for more information.

It is admirable, and congratulations that you have received your Master Club Fitters certificate.
Mitchell is a good institute for learning, and fully recognized for PGA Continuing Educational Credits for members.
