Caddies Clothing

Question
Are there any restrictions on what caddies may wear during a pro match?  Seems to me I heard something about a caddy being fined for wearing shorts but I see caddies wearing shorts all the time.  Thank you!

Shorts are allowed and have been for several years.  I think that changed during the '90's.  And there is an actual dress code but it's very liberal.  The Caddy Association cooperates with the Tour so no one is out there being a distraction to the game.  Some caddys are actually getting some money for the logo they're wearing on their hats.
