Launching a Golf Career: A Guide for Aspiring PGA Professionals
Question
Hi Bob my son is really looking for some direction and I don't have the answer he has been playing golf for the past four years and is looking to make a career out of the sport his ultimate dream would be to become a PGA golfer how can I help him get the ball rooling so to speak and how can I get him ranked he is 18 and will be graduating soon
Answer
The best thing to do is to talk with a local pro. Go to or call a local club and talk with the head pro. He will probably be a PGA member and should have contacts on who to talk with about how to get things rolling. Best of luck and don't forget to get ready with a strong mental game as well as the physical game.
