Hi, I'm a beginner snowboarder and wanted to know: If I get a mens snowboard can I put womens bindings on it or do they not fit?

hi and thanks for the question;

snowboard binding plates are generally a sandanrd size
with thebindings ahving a general plate size as well.

there are small differences
if you have the plates take them with you
when looking to buy.

and depending how you ride - you may find a boys binding
better suited to your style as well.

its all preferenes and ride style.
