what should i do...??

Answer
Well lung problems are never good, and it could be that it not lung related but bone related.

I would go to a doctor, get X-Rays and see what it going on. Make sure to get a lung test and a physical as well. This will let them know it this is a normal base of something wrong, or you only go through issues while pushing yourself in the gym.

Now obviously when you work out, you can get a little winded and sometimes, it may feel like your chest is tightening up because of the pressure your putting on your body. And if you push your body too hard, it may stop you by kind of taking your breath away if that makes sense.

I know with me, I can work out a lot in doors. I can run in the treadmill and everything this time of year. But if I run outside in the cold, I get winded easier and my throat and chest hurt. It feels like it's tough to breath, but if I go back inside and get my breath back, I'm fine. I simply cannot work out in that environment but can in a gym.

So, it may be a case like that for you.

When speaking to a doc, tell them everything that is going on, and if you have any trouble breathing when not working out
