Question
QUESTION: Good morning, Sir
My height is only 5"5. Can i make it to WWE? Is height a big factor in WWE specially for the male wrestlers????

ANSWER: Well, how old are you? If you are in your late teens, such as 19 or so. Then you could still grow some. If you are younger than that, you will see a big height increase. Now, if this is in your 20s, then it will be something you will have to deal with. Thing is, this won't keep you out of a company. At a smaller size, you simply have to be great in the ring and on the mic.

Height isn't as big of a deal as it used to be. WWE used to be the land of the big man, but nowadays, normal sized people are the main focus. A guy like Chris Jericho is only 5'10 or 5'11. While CM Punk is the around the same height. Even John Cena is just 6'0 foot tall.

So height isn't as big a deal anymore. But being smaller, you do need to have more wrestling ability and mic talent.

QUESTION: my age is 19 plus. are there any exercises which will help me to achieve atleast a height of 6 feet?????

Answer
If your 5'5 at age 19, then there is little you can do to get much taller, it's a natural thing, height is. You cannot just get taller through exercise. There is an old time machine that used to stretch people until they would talk. It was in dungeons for centuries in places like Rome and England. When an officer wanted to know something and a man would not talk, they would put them on this machine and stretch them until they could no longer stand it. It stretches the arms, legs, and torso. It is very painful and kills many people. Arms and legs have popped off.

This is the only proven way to stretch people after they reach growth years. But, it's no longer in use and outlawed in a ton of countries and something I would not advise for damn sure!!

Exercises can help as far as your spine goes, and chiropractors can help with that as well as overall health. But, sadly I cannot help you get about 6 inches on at 19. You could possibly get to 5'8 at the most with chiropractic help. But that is not a proven way to get taller. All they do is make the spine straighter, which helps some people seem taller because they hunch over without knowing it. So, see one of them to look into that more.

Sadly this is all the help I can give on that. Sorry. If you have any other questions, please let me know
