I need to know what you thing about it?

Question
Hi again Joe remember me hey listen after 2 weeks I will start praticing wrestling and listen i need to know what you think about this I was just reading the Home School from WWA4 and I was reading about Body Bulding I need to know what age do you recommend to start lifting weights?

Answer
According to American studies, each student in the American grade school system(K5-5th Grade) must have recess or Physical Education once a day. This is why there is a set part for play time a day set out for them during the Monday through Friday weekday while in school. Because they need play and exercise.

15 minutes of play equals out the needed exercise for the kids. But when you get older, "play" is a little weird, you call it exercise. Lifting weights is something you add when sports come up, which most coaches in American sports ask their players to do starting all the way down to community sports at ages 10-12 and up.

My personal belief is that resistance exercise until 12 should be done. This is basically what the bowflex and total gym do. Resistance exercise is where you have something holding one end and equaling out to a weight system you'd get in a dumbbell for instance. You'd pull the other end and it's just like lifting weights.

The time you should be lifting actual weights would need to be around the time your body as a male, is ready to take on the brunt of working it out. So, 12 would be a good time to start with resistance, and little before then, no more back than age 10.

But normal weights would be best to do when you get around 15. Hope this helped! Good luck with your wrestling training!
