Indy training

Question
What is Indy training and since everybody Is talking about wwe Tryouts how is cardio a big deal. I get it being a big deal if u in a massive match but it shouldnt be to hard and mic skills I a bit shy so it ad advice for that apart from drama coz I hate drama

Answer
Indy training is Independent training, it means working for Independent promotions which are promotions not internationally televised like WWE or TNA.

Cardio is a massive deal, even a 5 minute match can take a lot out of a person.

There was a story one time about The Big Show. He told Undertaker he was going to light him up, meaning he was gonna tire the ole' veteran out in their match, not 3 minutes in, Show was puffing and needing air. This has happened with many others too. Cardio is very much needed in wrestling. First thing they train you in when you do amateur wrestling is cardio. They teach this in soccer, football, and basketball too. Wrestling is no different.

You get in there running around and picking up and doing stuff with another guy, sometimes weighing more than yourself, and seeing how long you can last, this on top of a hard road schedule tiring you out.

Mic skills can be improved through theater, yes. But taking acting classes can work too. Also, taking public speaking courses will help too.

If you want to learn how to speak the proper English, like what we Americans speak, there is a book out called authored by Mary Berger out which can help. Look her up if you would like and see if her book is something you want to invest in, as well as her CDs.

Hope this helped, let me know if you have any other questions
