In regards to Diva injuries...some of the time the injuries are real injuries and they are given time off to heal and recover.  Sometimes though, the injuries are a cover for other reasons (vacation time, family crisis, pregnancy, or other non-injury reason).  These are hard to find out since WWE does a good job at hiding the personal lives of their performers.  If the injury is legitimate, then you will see that body part worked in a match to put them out, but not to the point that they are doing more damage.  If the injury is not legitimate, it doesn't matter where they cause the injury.

Yes the Diva's can be married.  Most of the current Divas are either married or engaged.  I can't tell you for sure who is married and not, but I do know they are allowed to have their own personal lives outside of wrestling.

Mickie James was released from her contract.  She is currently looking to be a Country Music singer and has already recorded her first album.

Many people leave the WWE for many different reasons.  Lita left because of the politics and behind the screen problems that had arisen.  She was also tired of some of the snide comments that super-fans (not a flattering term) would make about her because of the real-life issue between Matt Hardy, Edge, and her.  Trish Stratus left because she was getting married and wanted to have a more normal life.  She does acting and has gone back to fitness shows.  Mickie James was on the outs with WWE because of some parts of her personal life were interfering with WWE (namely her desire to become a singer).  More often then not, if somebody leaves while popular, it is because they caused it themselves.  Chyna left because she got greedy while she was still popular.  Sable (Rena Mero) sued the WWE over sexual harrassment charges and lost.  Rikishi didn't want to learn new moves so he was sent away.  All of those examples were by their own actions.
