Identifying a Recurring Figure at WWE Events: The "Red Hat Guy"

I am a 32 year old male who has been a devoted pro wrestling fan since the uwf days when Ted dibiase was a "good guy" going against the One Man Gang,Guys like Nikita Koloff,the original Four Horseman guys like that,my question is this for about 10 years now i have been seeing this dude periodically at different wwe events,mostly ppv's but he'll show up on key raw/smackdown shows.He always wears the same thing a blue shirt and a bright red ball cap,and he always has funny signs some that show that he might know what's going on backstage,he also always has good front row seats which is why i always notice him.Does anyone know who this guy is? Anyone who watches wwe on a regular basis has to know who i'm talking about.Please help i need to know or at the least tell me you've seen him.Thanks.
