How did Undertaker get to the ring at WrestleMania 21 without walking and how can Undertaker breathe when he's in a coffin?

I am not sure about the first question but if you see the coffin, it is not like a normal one but usually bigger with enough air to get the coffin out of the arena and opened up as quickly as possible after the match.
