Vail Ski Runs: Top Trails for Every Skill Level

1. Game Creek After you have warmed up on the front side of the mountain,go a bit higher and try on the Jade Glade. These ski runs are for intermediate and expert skiers. Sun Down is also a steep area on the back side. China Bowl is not the biggest challenge, but certainly a force to be reckoned with.
2. Northwood and Riva Ridge These vail ski runs are very popular. Primarily for intermediates, this ski area requires a bit of stamina and skill.
3. BlueSky Basin carries the Prima-Pronto Strong skiing is needed here. There is a very nice lane of skiing here, gliding at a nice pace into Vail Village.
4. Highline Express This ski run is very close to the end of Vail Mountain. The narrow Rodgers Run is located here. Black Diamond, Lindsey (International), Primo, Blue Ox and Genghis Khan have earned their reputations.

For some of the intermediate trails, a skier needs to be in top condition. The Swatch Range and the Mountain of the Holy Cross is a wondrous view of snow forest and tranquility.
