To understand the mental processes and underlying phenomena of social behavior and to generate a detailed data on the same, in-depth interviews, observations, questionnaires and focus groups are prepared.

To close the information gaps and to ensure objectivity and reliability a pre- set questionnaire is designed and distributed between kids to adults mainly 15 - 40 years of age group. Almost 80% of the total Dubai population is expatriates from over 200 nationalities. Data collected through these methods makes Chuck E Cheese's management to understand the multicultural environment in Dubai, customer needs and requirements to a large extent.

1. Family Entertainment Centre:
Indoor Family Entertainment Centres are a big hit in the region as it supports Dubai's harsh weather conditions. Our Family Entertainment Centre offers a wide range of fun activities and great dining experience for the whole family at nominal rates.

2. Pizza Restaurant:
Our pizza restaurant offers one of the best pizza products in the market, complimented by an outstanding salad bar i.e. a full concept-approved menu giving our customers a healthy and wonderful experience to take home.

3. Birthday Celebrations:
Our basic "Birthday Star" package starts form AED 60/- per kid that includes almost one hour of playing on games and rides, Birthday cake (on request), crown and medallion for the Birthday star along with music, party decor, kids meals party games and a special performance by ChuckE (Our Mascot).

4. Games & Rides:
We offer over 200 games for kids and adults, which include driving games and rides, huge sky tube, toddler zone and Studio �C' which have a lot of indoor arcade attractions aimed towards bringing people of all ages together.

5. Ice Skating Rink & Bowling Alley:
Ice Skating Rink along with the Bowling place inside Chuck E Cheese's offers a great enjoyment to our customers.

Ice Skating Classes at Chuck E Cheese's offers a package deal starting from AED 250/- Sun to Thu between 2-5pm, one hour everyday for 5 days.

A 10 pins Bowling alley with four lanes equipped with a state of the art LCD touch screen scoring system provides world class bowling facilities for the players.

Our charges start from AED 20 per game per lane. Open daily 10am - 10pm.
