When I was 16 years old I joined a club in high school called, "Wilderness Club" and growing up in a run down small city – I wanted to do whatever it took to get out and go somewhere new. Explore new things. And on my first trip to Bear Mountain Park in New Jersey brought light to my eyes about the world outside of my "world."
There is something about being in a sea of tall green trees that just made me realize: Trees are freakin' bad ass. They give us oxygen. They die and literally come back to life!
I mean- seeing trees everyday make us forget the significance of them. They allow us to live. Next time you walk by a tree don't hesitate to say thank you. (As long as no one is around to listen.)
5. Nothing matters If you don't have any loved ones to share it with.
Looking back at my camping trip- it wouldn't have been as awesome as it was if i weren't sharing a insect filled tent in the middle of the woods without my three bestest friends.
What's the joy of having all the riches in the world if you have no one to share it with?
This camping trip made me realize the most important lesson of all: I need to do this more often. But how?
Find out how. Click here.
Now with this system, I can work from my laptop and it allows me to cherish the world I live in from any country I want to live in. I can work in the woods, from home, from the beach, from a cafe' in Paris. No job holding me back from 9-5. And not a minute of my life will be wasted not living.
How about you?
