Experience Trekking in Asia

Worlds eight of the top ten highest peaks are in Asia. Not only that, but some of the most pleasing  scenery which are only reachable on foot such as treking in nepal is one of the unusual experiences.

 The most popular activity in Nepal is trekking, there are various options that allow people of any age and capability to attempt trekking. Instead of spending a year planning a tour to majestic and places, you can go to Kathmandu with no pre planning. Suitable seasons for trekking starts from Mrch-June, and September-November. During these seasons the sky is usually clear and the temperature is bearable, monsoon in Nepal starts from May till June. It is quite difficult to trek out of season, as in monsoon you can expect lots of leeches and rain and in winter the cold is severe and passes gets closed. So check with the climate section  before visiting Nepal.

There are treks apt  for a vast  range of physical fitness and experience. There is a lot of checking done by the local police, you will find numbers of police check point and park officers to check your permissions or permit. You will be fined if not found with proper permits.

In Nepal 33 mountain peaks are about 5,650-6,500m height they are categorized as trekking peaks. The climbing permits for these summits for 1 to 4 members will cost you$350 USD, and an additional charge as the members increases. Trekking peaks need an authorized "climbing guide", deposits and permit to cover camp waste disposal.

Treks can be modified according to your enthusiasm. Some treks are drafted to experience the best mountain views, some are drafted  based around healthy/ detox living programs, some are drafted to expose village lives, while others contain daily meditation and  yoga classes. But before making a decision, consult the local guides to find suitable and best trek as per your interest.

The annapurna Region that is in the north of the middle hills city and Pokahara the trekking base city, includes Annapurna the 10th tallest peak in the world. It also includes 13 additional peaks that are, Annapurna Base Camp, Poon Hill trek, Jomsom Muktinath Trek, The Royal Trek, Mardi Himal, Khopra/Khayer Lake Trek, Sikles Trek, Panchase Trek, Kande to Australian Camp to Dhampus to Phedi to Pothana , or reverse, Gurung Heritage Trek, Upper Mustang, Naar-Phu Valley Trek, Dolpo and mansalu trek.

The trekker generally returns home restored, and with new energy to consume the tests of city life And in Himalayas, the most delightful valley on the earth, a trek is absolutely a remarkable encounter of life.
