Camping is fun - but most people feel they have to eat food from a can or that is dried. Learn how to cook some easy and delicious foods.


When you are camping you are enclosed by nature. For a few days or possibly a week you will be alone with your family or friends. As luck would have it there are still many ways that you can have fun. It may sometimes be tricky for us to understand what kind of recipes to make when out in the middle of the woods when we do not have a cabin to stay in. Yet, it is not impossible. All you need is some delicious food and cookware that may make it all possible!

Breakfast

The first meal that you should prepare is breakfast. Bring along a cast iron frypan and a spatula. Begin your campfire and set the skillet over a rack that is over the heat. This is essentially your cooking stove! In the skillet you can cook eggs, bacon, French toast, biscuits, or sausage. Merely keep all of your food in a tight cooler so that creatures don抰 track it down.

Lunch

This is probably the simplest out of each the meals. You have to prepare something that is fast and easy so that you can get back to hiking or swimming in the nearest lake. Have bread, cheese, and your favorite meat in the cooler. With the sandwiches you can eat pretzels or chips. Again be sure it is all tightly sealed in containers when you are not eating them.

Dinner Time

This is one of the trickiest camping recipes to cook and you will do many things. The most popular thing to eat are hamburgers and hot dogs. Everybody loves them and they are easy to cook. If you would like something more filling you will be able to bring with you a camping oven dish and cook a casserole. Of course this takes longer and demands a lot of ingredients.
