Torres del Paine in Chile is one of those attractions that keep one amazed during entire lifetime. On the island of Lake Pehoe there is one of the most expensive hotels in the park - Hoster Pehoe, in which the night costs nearly 300-400 dollars. The most know trail is W-track; its route on the map resembles W-letter on Latin. It lasts 4-5 days. Although if you are coming from Puerto Natales town in Chile, it is better to buy a stock of canned and other non-perishable food to avoid food supply interruptions problem – it occurs quite often around.

One of the advantages of such backpacking tours is a possibility to examine highlights of Chilean natural environments in real life. Watching guanaco is a part of it, as far as these animals are distributed only on the western side of the national park exclusively. Besides, go boating is a must-do thing around, especially if we are talking about Pehoe Lake. Crossing this lake means getting closer to marvelous Grey Glacier, one more natural wonder of Torres del Paine.
