Great Flies for Spring Trout Fishing

Hello WFN,

Its been awhile so here is a little blog to help you guys out with fly fishing for trout in the spring!

Okay, first off is the Mickey Finn,  ~It's Bright, and attracts fish with it's vibrant colours  
~The Tinsel flashes through the water and makes the fish go crazy

Stonefly Nymph
~Matches the spring stonefly nymph that the trout are feeding on
~Just a killer pattern!

Marabou Streamer (Various Colours)








                                                                ~Tinsel attracts the fish
~Marabou makes them strike and stay on
~This fly is very versatile and can be used anywhere
~Can be tied VERY easily so you can tie one before you head out!            


Have a great winter fishery, you know I will and remember you won't catch fish unless you line is in the water,,,,
