Blue Catfish and Shovelnose Catfish: Do They Predate on Each Other?

Blue catfish are opportunistic predators and will consume a wide variety of food items, including other fish, crustaceans, and insects. Shovelnose catfish are a relatively small species of catfish that are common in the Mississippi River and its tributaries.
