Daily fee Phoenix golf courses are better than most private country clubs in other parts of the country. While that may be a rather bold statement, it is actually quite understated. Phoenix has some the best, most challenging, and most beautiful courses anywhere. We have reviewed some of our favorite Phoenix golf courses and present them to help you choose from the many offerings available.

Featured Phoenix Golf Courses

Superstition Springs Golf Club, our first featured Phoenix course, can be deceptive. You tee off to nice wide fairways and think this is going to be a walk in the park. Then you get near the well-protected greens and realize that you will have to be very careful to avoid the huge bunkers and water hazards that you see before you. Greg Nash designed this 7,000-yard course with a slope of 135 to be great test of your shot making abilities. This should be a top choice for you in Phoenix.

Our next featured Phoenix golf course is the Keith Foster designed, Sunridge Canyon Golf Club. This 6,823-yard, par 71 beauty has been selected as one of the top 50 best courses in the country. Priced from $150 to $175, this test of your skills boasts a tips slope of 140 and 125 from even the forward tees. Bring all of your clubs, all of your shots, and all of your nerve when you play this golf course!

Gold Canyon's Dinosaur course will have you winding around and over the spectacular Dinosaur Mountain. You find dramatic elevation changes over the 6.584 yards of this slope 140 test. This Phoenix golf course will have you digging out of deep canyons if you miss your approach shots. Rated #1 out of all Phoenix golf courses, this is a must play. Some other courses you might try are Raven at South Mountain, We Ko Pa, Troon North Golf Club, The Boulders Resort, and Las Sendas Golf Club. A game will cost you between $75 and $300.
