When shopping for a set of golf clubs for a child, it is important to get a good set of clubs at a reasonable price. A complete set of golf clubs for an adult can cost as high as $3,000. Spending three grand on a set of clubs for a child would be ridiculous. The child will likely get two seasons out of a well-fit golf club, so it is important to get a good set of clubs for a reasonable price. Precise Plus junior golf clubs offer a high quality set of clubs at a reasonable price.

Precise Plus Golf Clubs

Precise Plus sets come with a five, seven and pitching wedge for their irons. Each iron is a cavity backed design with extra loft. The cavity back design shifts the weight of the club to the perimeter for a more stable club head. The extra loft gives the young player a little extra forgiveness on off center shots.

The driver that is included in Precise Plus sets has an oversized head. The oversized head of the driver allows for a larger "sweet spot." This oversized "sweet spot" creates a higher probability of hitting longer, straighter shots off the tee. The putter included with Precise Plus sets is a mallet style of putter, a style identified due to the broad surface from front to back.

Precise Plus clubs are available for players between ages five and twelve. The sets for children ages five through eight include a driver, five, seven and pitching wedge irons, a putter, and a red stand bag. Sets for children ages nine through twelve include the same equipment (except the stand bag is blue). Sets are available for both right handed and left handed juniors.
