Unlike popular perception, Houston courses are not all flat, not all brown, and not all as overpriced as the locals seem to think. Indeed most run between $40 and $125, which is well below the national average. You'll find golf courses to suit every skill level and every budget. Featured Houston Golf Courses

The first of our featured golf courses is where the best come to test their skills, the TPC (Tournament Players Club) Woodlands. Old Orchard Golf Club is where you would go to experience country club golf at working class prices. You'll spend less than $70 at this beautifully designed collaboration between the Operations Manager, a tour player and the architect to use the natural land of a former horse ranch in their pursuit of an aesthetically pleasing yet challenging course. Slopes range between 110 and 127 over the 27 holes of this par 72 Houston golf course, so the weekender will find it a nice place to play.
