Retiring To A Golf Club

2016/7/19 16:18:58

If you want to retire and live on a golf course, but don't think you can pull it off, you are wrong. And living on a golf course does not mean that you need to move to Arizona or to Florida like many people think. And it also does not even mean that you have to wait til you are actually ready to retire to start thinking about and looking for homes on golf clubs, this is a very plausible future for you.

Anderson Creek in North Carolina is a golf club that offers some amazing advantages to living there. The climate throughout the entire year is perfect for golf. You get great access to beaches on the ocean and are also within greta range of the mountains towards the western part of the state. These features make this Club an absolutely perfect location for the golfer's paradise. Anyone who is starting to think about moving to a golf club, but still needs to work to make some extra money before they are definitely ready to retire will find that Anderson Creek is well within driving distance to some major cities where you can find work. This also means that you are not in the middle of nowhere with only golf to keep you company. There is great shopping and restaurants in Raleigh, Pinehurst and Fayetteville. There are even some excellent colleges if you have some children that are getting ready to further their education.

So now that you know that you are in an absolutely amazing location, lets get down to the golfing and your home, which are your main concerns. Even if you are a professional golfer, this golf Club will provide you with a challenging course. That does not mean that just an amateur golfer will struggle and have a horrible time on the course, it just means that no matter what level of golfer you are, you will be challenged and enjoy the course. The course is obviously eighteen holes and was designed by a PGA champion, Davis Love the Third. The fairways are lined with trees and the greens are amazing. The par is a seventy-two on this over seven thousand yard golf course. In 2001 this course was given the honor of best new North Carolina course.

So now that you know that the course is amazing, lets discuss the living situation at the Club. There are all types of living here, whether it is a condo, patio house, a nice townhouse or your own single family, whatever you are looking for, you are sure to find at the ACC. Every home at the ACC gives you great access to any of the fourteen ponds that are not only great for canoeing or kayaking but are full of fish for year round fishing. At the ACC you can swing, play volleyball or tennis and go sit in the park for picnics with your family and never have to leave the Club. They have great hiking trails for the outdoorsy type. You will always feel relaxed, but will never run out of fun active things to do to stay healthy. I almost forgot to mention the spa you have access to. So if you are thinking that you are not ready or can not afford to move to a golf club and retire, check out the ACC and you will find that it is possible.
