However, if you do not have any idea what this is yet, then you should know at first bat that this is not a particular type of golf swing at all. Rather, this is actually an expression, a golfer's way of sawing that the very core of your swing is connected to your own self, as a golfer. Core perfection is just about the ultimate goal of every golfer, both the professional and the hobbyist. This is due to the fact that when you get core perfection; you have also accomplished fluidity within your own golf swing.

This, however, is not as easy as it seems. When you watch golf matches on TV, it is so easy to assume that the moves and swings golfers execute are not hard to come by. How challenging can swinging a golf club really be? But the golf swing is not just about swinging the club back and forth. Mathematics, physics, and biomechanics are all in play when a golfer takes his club and sends his ball hurtling onto the course. Thus, there are more than a few aspects that are necessary of the golf player, and these include time, patience, effort, determination, exercise, practice drills, experience, and fulltime commitment.

As soon as you begin understanding the basics of the golf swing, somehow, your brain would inculcate each and every movement that comes with the basic stages. With constant practice, you can surely process all of these movements, so that you can execute them fluidly and flawlessly.

If you take golf as a sport, you definitely would notice how golf isn't truly much of a physical sport. In fact, golfers break into sweat only because of the weather condition during the match. But the match itself is not really that physically strenuous. All it takes is a couple if hip twists, weight shifts, and wrist actions, and you are good to go. But this physical plane of the game has to be meshed with the mental plane, which is the main reason why a very delicate balance of these two things should be ultimately achieved.

But you should realize that there is no such thing as a perfect swing due to the fact that all golf swings are unique to the golf players performing them. Thus, perfection is relative here. You yourself would know what would constitute the connected golf swing for you. And when you achieve this, it will surely be a memorable moment for you.
