TaylorMade RocketBallz RBZ Stage 2 Driver is a confidence inspiring club

I like the looks of RBZ Stage 2 Driver more than my  taylormade sldr driversure. It has an expanded clubface that gives the golfer substantially more face area. This driver is faster and longer than the original RocketBallz driver. The improved aerodynamics reduces drag and promotes faster clubhead speed. The thick-thin crown provides a lower, more forward CG location for faster ball speed, high launch and low spin. The New loft sleeve technology offers 7 standard and 5 upright loft options to add or subtract 1.5° to each of the available standard lofts. The result is bigger face and better aerodynamics for more distance.

TaylorMade have moved the CG further forward and lower than the previous RBZ driver. They found that a lower, further forward CG promotes a faster ball speed along with a higher launch, perfect for more distance. One of the first things golfers will notice with the RBZ Stage 2 driver is the new crown alignment decals. Combining the new 4,100mm black clubface, the new decals have been developed in accordance with Dr. Steve Hitzeman, Professor of Sports Optometry. Using their own MAT-T (Motion Analysis Technology by TaylorMade) system, TaylorMade engineers carefully positioned the layout of the new decals to create effective visual cues for alignment.

The TaylorMade RocketBallz RBZ Stage 2 Drivergives you a big, confidence-building clubface in a head engineered to promote fast swing speed. That's a killer combo for players who like to get after it with a big swing to launch the ball long. TaylorMade engineers accomplished yet another remarkable feat in metalwood mastery by increasing the size of the clubface (4100 square millimeters) while also improving the aerodynamic properties of the clubhead.

Whilst the design of the crown may demand a lot of attention, inside the crown TaylorMade made even more upgrades. The crown thickness now varies from 0.6mm to 0.4mm (previously a consistent 0.6mm on the taylormade r11s driverand RocketBallz Tour drivers). This process saved three grams of weight, making the clubhead even faster through impact. This driver definitely gives you more distance when you hit the ball on the screws.

The larger and deeper face features Inverted Cone Technology which has been milled directly into the back of the club face, making the sweet spot bigger for more forgiveness and distance on off-centre strikes.Thick-thin Crown Technology varies the thickness of the crown and allowed TaylorMade engineers to save critical weight that's strategically repositioned to move the centre of gravity lower and further forward. Lowering the CG promotes a higher launch angle, while moving it forward promotes faster ball speed.

There was definitely an adjustment period for me though; the club length is longer than my last, and took some getting used to. Be sure you're good with the club length and this one will be a good fit.
