Titleist CB 714 Irons are aimed at any serious golfer

In my mind,Titleist CB 714 Irons  are very well built. These irons have made it to where I can play any shot I like and when struck well only varies in distance 2 yards one way or another. The feel is incredible and they are some of the best looking clubs at address.

The 714 CB irons are forged from 1025 carbon steel to enhance feel and feedback at impact. While the perimeter weighting of the classically-shaped cavity back design makes them more forgiving than their muscleback counterpart, the Titleist MB 714 Irons, they are still intended for highly-skilled players. The new CB irons feature an optimized shallow cavity-back design with an inner cavity muscle behind the impact area for solid blade iron feel. The slightly wider CB sole now features increased front-to-back camber for better turf release and playability from a variety of attack angles.

They are successors to the 712 CB irons and due to their popularity then Titleist have just made a few tweaks to the 714 version. The big difference is in the sole that has been improved with a smoother sole width progression and an increase in the camber of the sole in the short irons. This is to help the ball go through the turf better and this works very well indeed. The short irons in particular now feel superb and are one of the best performing irons we have tested for turf interaction this year.

The Titleist CB 714 Irons provide a classic, solid feel along with maximum shot control from the compact head shape and shallow cavity with inner muscle. A traditional, constant blade length with minimal progressive offset offers just the right balance of workability and distance control. The high-performance sole includes an increased camber and a smooth width progression thru the set, while the compact short irons feature a slightly reduced blade height in the heel. A straighter leading edge and blended hosel, for less visual offset, improves address appeal for more confident ball-striking.

Enjoy forged perfection, maximum shot control and a classic feel with the Titleist Men's CB 714 Irons. The high performance sole features an increased camber and smooth sole width progression for proper gapping. An improved address profile offers a slightly straighter leading edge with a blended hosel for less visual offset. Compact short irons feature a slightly reduced blade height in the heel for the perfect, confidence-instilling, wedge shape.

In conlusion, best irons I have ever hit. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were able to incorporate a great forgivness while still creating great feel and workability. I was originally hitting Titleist MB 712 Irons. I am so glad to switch to CB 714. If you are a better player that wants a lower flight with more consistency distance wise these are for you.
