Scuba Diving In Puerto Rico

2016/7/26 16:44:34

The Caribbean is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and one of the activities you can do both their native and their visitors is to make scuba diving in Puerto Rico. It is true that the diving and activities are better known in places like South Africa or Mexico. But, however, countries like Puerto Rico are gradually establishing itself as landmarks when underwater activities. This is because, at times, traveling to Africa or Oceania is further complicated by several factors. It influences the price together with the natural beauties of the Caribbean cities.

One of the most striking of Puerto Rico is the south coast is an area where the dive is striking because there are crystal-clear waters, quiet and, well, there are three very nice cities to visit. We're talking about Ponce, Guanica and La Parquera. 'The Wall' is the most important geographical feature of all bodies of water adjacent to the Puerto Rican towns of scuba diving. It is an uninterrupted arm "underwater wall" where the structure is dominated by sponges and tube called elephant ears. The beauty of these beings is truly unique and very encouraging.

Something remarkable about this part of the underwater world of Puerto Rico is that you can go diving at night. This is an action made possible by the bioluminescent water. It is true that there are sea creatures that give off a particular light and, thanks to her, the sea only acquire a striking luminescence throughout the territory. Featured the south part, we now focus on the west side of the island. In this part of Puerto Rican territory is uninhabited islands Desecho and Mona. Both are among the most striking landscapes Borinquen, becoming an attraction.

The waters surrounding the islands are full of reefs, perhaps the most desired geographic divers. In addition you can also see beautiful coral gardens. The white sands soaked with special sinuosity in this arm of the sea, home to such beautiful animals as garden eels and some rays. Some people believe in 'Finding Nemo' when immersed in this experience. It’s understandable. The open sea is only a few meters beyond the reef sponges and sea fans wearing, where you can see dolphins.

Now, the eastern part of Puerto Rico is more spread and interest for divers who visit 'La Isla del Encanto'. In this particular geography are the benchmarks Fajardo, Humacao, Isla de Culebra and Isla de Vieques. There are many reefs and in the West, only there are more animals dispersed. For example, in Fajardo you can see large numbers of parrot fish and spiny lobsters, in Humacao is famous nurse sharks, living among the caves typical of this geographical reference. Green turtles live in Isla de Culebra, and snappers and angelfish in Vieques. Fascinating.
