Im 13 im great at bat but i need more practice with speed(RUNNINg) and footwork/aagility can you offor any asdvice

Here is a website with a breakdown of an entire speed and agility program.  Basically these types of programs stress high energy exurtion in short burst, which is really the basis of what most people consider "speed" (take a 40 yard dash for instance.  I would try this program, but the most important thing to keep you agile and quick is streching.  Everyday, spend at least 15 minutes streching out your muscles.  The looser they are, the better you'll be able to move.  If you work on these things from now to next season, it will be night and day the caliber ball player you'll be.
