is it o k for a 12 year old pitcher to switch from left handed deliver to right hand and vice versa are there rules on this

Hi Roy,

I believe the pitcher can change arm during his pitching game BUT not during an "at bat" sequence. If s/he starts pitching left against a batter, s/he must finish throwing left. For the next batter, s/he can change. As for the reason a 12yr old is making these changes, lets hope its a good one.
