batter-runner interference

this is the scenario: A right handed batter hits a dribbler in fair territory just out in front of home plate.  When leaving the batters box heading to first base there is a collision between the batter and catcher, nobody goes down but both are impeded.  The play continues and the batter reached first base safe before the throw.  Is the batter out because of interference with the defensive player?

Generally, umpires will ignore this, as both players were doing as they should and no one got an upper hand because of the actions. However, if you observe more actions other than the collision (catcher holding the batter/runner or batter/runner blocking access to the ball), the proper call should be made.
