passing

Question
hey bob i need to know some drills and exercises to improve my passing. thanks

Answer
Dear friend,

Firstly you have to improve your handles for better control of the ball, so improved ability to pass.
Check out this site. It has more than 100 really good drills that will also improve your dribbling a lot.

Now, i will give you the best passing drill for most coaches. Good point guards perform this at least 30 min a day.
You will need a wall to bounce off the ball.

Two hand lightning chest pass.
Grab the ball with knees bent at defensive position. The ball is at your chest with your elbows pointing out. Stand 10-15 feet away from the wall. You will be moving both left and right with knees always bent while passing and geting the ball off the wall. You got to find where to hit the ball each time and how much power to use so that you receive the ball again near chest. While passing fully extend both hands with wrist pointing out (left and right). Try to give a bit of more speed and spin with your fingers just before the release. Try that also with a bounce pass.

I got more super drills for passing that improve passing drammatically but it's hard to demonstrate with words.
