dribbling better

hi coach
I want to have a better dribble before i get to go to high school the only thing i need help is have the best handle so i wont loss the ball when im fostrated when im getting trapped but i need to be the best person that can handle the ball. i cant dribble the ball with my left when im going down the court. i want to make my left hand even with my right. and some times i    cant shoot good i know how you post to shoot by it wont go in sometimes i pratice a lot out side but when i   go play inside its diffrent.
