i am 16 years old 5"9 in High School and i can touch the rim but i cant dunk, and i wanted to know can these exercise reall help me to jump and when can i tell a difference in my jumping so i can dunk

Dear Sylvester,
You must have checked the previous answers section. The program that i give is approved and will make your vertical explode in 4 months time. However, you 'll see the difference by the first 3 weeks. The fact that you can touch the rim but can't dunk is a matter of handles. Try exercising your fingers with squeze balls and grip strengthening devices.
In 4 months time you ll certainly be able to dunk.
