Please consult a doctor in person with your parents regarding your knee. Until then, rest and using icepacks a few times per day should help. After consulting with a doctor write me again and I will give you some agility drills!

Good Luck!

Answer
I wish there was more to say, but stregnth training and the advice I already gave is all you can do. If you have pain I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANY AGILITY OR JUMP TRAINING UNTIL THE PAIN GOES AWAY AND YOU ARE CLEARED TO TRAIN BY A ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON!!!

TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY!!!
