Timing&Release

Question
I am not sure where the problem is and how to fix it but lately Timing is all screwed up and can't correct it. I use a 4 step delivery RH and I am at the foul line but the ball is well behind and I lose all sync in the release? Any suggestions I can try?

Answer
Id,
Do you hold the ball high in your set up? or low?

Late timing usually involves starting off to quickly. A lunge at the start with a large first step. Try shortening your first step, and cheating it in toward the path of your left foot (you are right handed). Moving your first step in front of the left, will help you move by the ball instead of swinging the ball around your hip/leg. Helping get your swing path straighter, should help your timing.

Thanks for the question. Love to hear back.
