Pain when bowling

Question
I used to bowl and quit about 4 years ago. It happened back then and it happens again now that every time I bowl about the middle of the second game I can't bowl any more. In the Middle of my forearm there is a ton of pain whenever I try to pick up the ball which makes it impossible to swing and even throw the ball like I should. I don't believe it is poor technique because I used to bowl for five years on numerous leagues with numerous couches. Should I try a brace? I want to bowl on a league again. Thank you :)

Answer
Davey,
Not sure I am the professional you need to talk to.

Fit issues might cause the need for too much grip pressure. Can't be sure if a 4-5 year old ball/fit is working for you.

I'd suggest a visit to the doctor, as it sounds like a muscle or ligiment injury. I have NO medical training, so I strongly suggest that you seek a doctor's opinion (maybe sports medicine specialist). Hope thing work out.
