Is your handicap percentage 60%? Is the handicap basis 210? As a former bowling center manager, 100% handicap of the difference between the handicap basis and the subject average is about as fair as you can get.

Your local sanctioning body should have reference sheets that break down handicap by the pin. You can check with the USBC also.
