Hi my name is larry and i love playing flag football i play quarterback i have pretty good accuracy but i have a horrible arm i would like to know if you can tell me how to improve my arm and my pump fakes. Thank you

Hello,
You have to get stronger. Weights. Bench press, curls and more repetitions throwing the ball. Pump fakes just come with experience. If you go through all the motions of throwing, you just ad lib from that point. You pump, move your shoulders you can even slightly roll your hips. But you must be able to reset quickly.
